We process uploaded documents, interactions, comments, AI session logs, and payment data (if applicable) to deliver features, improve recommendations, and detect misuse.

We send account and security emails, weekly course updates, and product news or offers (only with consent). You may unsubscribe at any time through your account settings or the link in each message.

8. Support Requests

If you contact support, we collect your name, email, and message to respond and resolve your inquiry.

9. Other Business Uses

We may also process data to ensure IT security, conduct internal analytics, and comply with court orders or legal requests.

10. Automated Decision-Making and AI

Cramwell AI uses algorithms to suggest courses and materials. These recommendations do not have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cramwell AI does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and has not done so in the preceding 12 months.

• Account information: Until account deletion or 24 months of inactivity
• Uploaded documents: Until user deletion or takedown request
• Email records: Until unsubscribe
• Support tickets: 12 months after resolution
